The Cougars fell short in two games played Saturday despite heroic efforts in both. The Holmes Huskies won the Area Championship, 2 games to 1.

 

Crockett ended an outstanding season, 18-9-1. They played with heart, determination, and grit in each game. Eleven of their games were decided by three or fewer runs and they were victorious in all but three. They claimed the District title for the first time since 1985. They continued the traditions of recent Brown and Gold baseball teams and leave that legacy for those coming up...
